Website analysis and improvement hypothesis
A content and experience audit of Juventud por el Clima, with a set of grounded improvement proposals.

Context
This project was developed during the UX Writing postgraduate course at SHIFTA by Elisava. I analysed the Juventud por el Clima website as a communication experience rather than as a purely visual interface.
The challenge
The organisation deals with an urgent, serious subject and speaks largely to young people. The site needed to preserve that credibility while feeling current, clear and easier for its audience to navigate.
My approach
I reviewed the site’s content, tone and structure, identified friction between the message and the digital experience, and proposed hypotheses for improvement. The recommendations focused on hierarchy, clarity and a more coherent relationship between the organisation’s purpose and how the site communicates it.
What came out of it
The work is an audit and proposal, not a launched redesign. Its value lies in making the reasoning visible: what was observed, why it mattered and which change could be tested next.
